Flex Rent

Pay Your Way

We get that life doesn't always line up on the first of the month. Flex Rent allows you to split your rent into two smaller payments each month, instead of paying it all upfront. Simple, flexible, and designed to fit your schedule. Some restrictions may apply.

We think building community is important, and that’s why we host fun, themed events quarterly. We also have amenity spaces for you to reserve should you want to celebrate with family and friends or meet with colleagues.
